We are partnering with 3 Hearts 4 Paws dog and puppy rescue, and the class will be taught by Jessica Anderson , who will guide you through a beautiful practice surrounded by the cutest rescue puppies.

The yoga will be 45 minutes long with extra time for puppy snuggles. All dogs are available for adoption

Step into an immersive experience where sound becomes a pathway inward. This workshop is designed as a meditative journey that gently guides the body into stillness and the mind into quiet awareness. We will begin with light, mindful stretches to release tension and create space within the body. From there, you will be led through a grounding guided meditation, allowing the breath to deepen and the nervous system to soften. As the body becomes receptive, the Sound Alchemy experience will unfold through layered vibrations and intentional frequencies. The use of sound in this setting supports deep rest, emotional release, and a subtle yet powerful sense of inner balance.

This workshop is an invitation to pause, listen, and reconnect with yourself in a calm and meaningful way, held in the welcoming space of Grace Yoga Space.
