Studio Policies & Etiquitte

We're excited to have you practice with us. To ensure the best possible experience, please review the important information and studio policies below.

Before Your Class

• Arrive Early: Please plan to arrive 10–15 minutes before class. Studio doors are locked promptly at the start of each session.

• What to Bring: A yoga mat, towel, and water are required for every class. These items are available for purchase at the studio if needed.

• Studio Etiquette: To maintain a peaceful environment, silence all devices, refrain from bringing phones into the practice room, and avoid leaving class early.

Studio Policies

Yoga Mats & Towels: We ask that all students bring their own yoga mats for sanitary reasons.

Late Arrivals: For your safety and the safety of others, late entry is not permitted. Please arrive 5–15 minutes before class begins. Once class starts, doors will be closed and entry will not be allowed.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

• Single Classes & Class Packs: Cancel at least 2 hours prior to class time to retain your session. If canceled within 2 hours or if you do not show, the class will be deducted from your account.

• Unlimited Memberships: A $10 late cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled class. This fee will be automatically billed to the card on file.

Waitlist Policy: Treat your waitlist spot as a confirmed reservation.

• If you're added to the class and do not attend, the late cancellation/no-show policy applies.

• If your plans change, remove yourself from the waitlist promptly.

• For early morning classes, be sure to check your status before the cancellation window closes. If unsure you can do so, it’s best to remove yourself ahead of time.

Notifications about your waitlist status will be sent via email or text. You can update your preferences in your Mindbody account or on our website to ensure you receive timely updates.
