Class Types

At Grace Yoga, each class is intentionally designed to help you strengthen, sweat, and reconnect with yourself. Our hot yoga classes are held in an infrared-heated room at 102–105°, while all other class formats are comfortably heated to 95–99° to support safe movement, enhanced flexibility, and a deeply invigorating experience.

 

Please note our Late Cancel / No-Show Policy: You must cancel at least 2 hours before class to avoid a $10 fee for unlimited members or the loss of one class for class-pack holders.

Hot Yoga

Balance - Breathe - Clarity

Hot Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic yoga flow that links breath to movement, creating seamless transitions between each asana. This class is held in an infrared-heated room at approximately 105°F, helping to deepen flexibility, increase circulation, and enhance the meditative quality of your practice.

Hot Pilates- Off the Reformer

Pilates - Flow - Reformer

Hot Pilates Off the Reformer is a heated mat-based Pilates class infused with yoga flow and reformer-style movements for a powerful, full-body training experience. This class focuses on precision, alignment, and controlled strength to activate deep core muscles, sculpt the body, and improve overall mobility. This is Jill Molinaro's signature choreography.

Hot Pilates STRENGTH

Cardio - Low Impact - Weights

Hot Pilates Strength is a dynamic, full-body workout that blends strength training, Pilates-inspired movement, and heart-pumping cardio intervals—all in a heated room. This class is designed to build lean muscle, boost endurance, and elevate your metabolism while keeping impact low and intensity high.

Hot Pilates SWEAT

Empower - Sweat - Sing

This class builds strength, improves flexibility, and enhances core stability, all while maximizing detoxification and calorie burn. Experience the ultimate mind-body workout that leaves you feeling empowered, balanced, and revitalized. This is Eleonora Zampatti's signature method.

Inferno Hot Pilates

Sculpt - Power - Tabata

Inferno Hot Pilates (IHP) is a high-intensity, low-impact, full-body workout performed in a heated room. This class blends Pilates, interval training, and energizing music to challenge your strength, stamina, and control. Expect a focus on core strength, muscle endurance, and mobility—all while being gentle on the joints.

Ashtanga

Stretch - Move - Breathe

Ashtanga yoga is a type of yoga based on eight principles and consisting of a series of poses executed in swift succession, combined with deep, controlled breathing. This class is the shortened primary series to fit a 60 minute class time. Class room temperature will be warm, not hot.
