Forearm Stands
Join us for a 90-minute exploration into the art of the forearm stand (Pincha Mayurasana), where strength meets grace, and balance meets breath.
This workshop is designed for yogis of all levels who want to deepen their practice and build confidence in inverting. We’ll break down the mechanics of this powerful pose, focusing on essential elements such as shoulder stability, core engagement, and balance techniques.
Whether you’re taking your first steps toward inversion or looking to refine your form, this workshop offers personalized guidance, plenty of playtime, and an empowering space to explore flight.
Must have at least three months of practicing yoga as a prerequisite for this workshop

South Bath Experience
A sound bath is a deeply immersive, meditative experience designed to promote relaxation, healing, and inner peace through resonant sound vibrations. During a sound bath, you’ll be enveloped by soothing tones created by a variety of instruments, such as singing bowls, drums, flutes, rattles, and bells. These sounds are intended to guide you into a state of deep relaxation and enhance your overall well-being.

Beginner Yoga Series
Join us for a 4-week Beginner Yoga Series designed to introduce the fundamentals of yoga in a welcoming and supportive environment. You will take four classes with Miriam on Sundays and you get your fifth class for free to use in either studio whenever you'd like.
